UPDATE #2:
Another user has been banned for standing up and speaking out, for trying to spread the word and seeking answers. The user is/was ~Sailorcelestial2004.

I know of at least one other person who was banned recently as well... If anyone else knows of a user who was banned directly relating to the °jark situation, please send me a note with their username and I'll add them to this journal.

They might be able to silence a few of us but they cannot silence us all. We will continue to fight this until things are put right again.

Both $spyed and °jark have posted new journals. $spyed has offered his explanation of what's going on and what happened to °jark, with a bit of spin, rhetoric, double-talk, and just a hint of distorted facts. Fortunately, after reading $spyed's journal, you can read °jark's side of it.

At the request of ©mirrorkills, I've removed the favorites from this account. Due to a policy that I was unaware of, it was in violation of the rule that "clubs" are not allowed to use the favorites system. It's also a banable offense, and that's the last thing any of us want to happen right now. So, I've complied and removed them without incident.

UPDATE #9:
I suppose it was bound to happen eventually. As some of you may have noticed, the userpage for this account has had to be 'cleared' off with repeat messages. This club was recently attacked by a not-so-clever deviant who apparently figured it would be a great idea to flood the page with thousands of emotes. Not only did this cause immense lagging, but some users reported to me it was freezing their entire browser. But the messages are now, technically speaking, removed.

As far as news about the spyed/jark situation goes, there isn't much else to report at the moment. If you have any info you think might be pertinent, send me a note and I'll look into it.

UPDATE #10:
As it turns out, there actually is some big news to report. First, thanks to °jark's mother, `bookdiva, for the tip!

Secondly, the news: the original letter that °jark e-mailed to $spyed has been posted on dA and can be read in its entirety here.

It's been posted by a user named *deviot, whom I honestly don't know of - or how he would have been able to obtain °jark's e-mail. Also, as it's plain-text, I can't vouch for the accuracy of it. Though I have been informed he is a reliable source (and I see no reason to distrust him), take it as you will.

°jark has posted a new journal entry. By the sounds of it, he's ready to kick some major behind.

Also, I want to mention something about Update #10. I've now had many users telling me that *deviot is, indeed, very reliable. It has also come to my attention that he was able to "obtain" the e-mail in question because he was BCC'd into the list of recipients when originally sent. And as someone else said, if it really had been edited or faked, °jark certainly would have said something about it.

Okay, so here's the story behind *deviot being banned. He actually was banned, and it was intended to last a week. However, he e-mailed an administrator and had the problem resolved, thus getting his ban lifted.
